How to Remove a Payment Method

Removing a payment method from your Hypermarket account is a simple process. Whether you need to update your billing details or just prefer to use a different card, here’s how you can manage your payment methods:

Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

Click on your avatar located in the top right corner of the Hypermarket site while you are logged in.


Select 'Manage account' from the dropdown menu to open your account settings where you can manage various aspects of your profile.

Step 2: Go to the Billing Tab

Within your account settings, find and click on the 'Billing' tab. This section displays all billing-related configurations, including your stored payment methods.

Step 3: Remove a Payment Method

Look through the list of payment methods currently added to your account. Next to the payment method you wish to remove, click the 'Delete' button. This will remove the selected payment method from your account.


Tip: If you encounter any issues while trying to remove a payment method, it could be because it’s linked to an active subscription within Hypermarket. Before removing a payment method that is associated with a subscription, you will need to assign a new payment method to any ongoing subscriptions. This ensures that your subscriptions remain active and uninterrupted.
