How to Add a Payment Method

Adding a payment method to your Hypermarket account is straightforward and can be done ahead of time or during the checkout process. This flexibility ensures you’re ready to purchase whenever you find something you like. Here’s how to add a payment method to your account:

Adding a Payment Method During Checkout

If you’re buying a product, the checkout process will naturally guide you to add a payment method. You’ll be prompted to enter your payment details as part of completing your transaction.

Adding a Payment Method to Your Account in Advance

If you prefer to have a payment method ready before making any purchases, follow these steps:

1. Access Account Settings:

   • Click on your avatar in the top right corner while logged into Hypermarket.
   • Select 'Manage account' from the dropdown menu to access your account settings.
     
     

2. Navigate to Billing Options:

   • Go to the 'Billing' tab within your account settings. Here, you’ll find options related to payment methods.
     
     

3. Add a New Payment Method:

   • Click on 'Add a payment method'.
   • Enter your card details and billing information into the appropriate fields.
     
     

4. Confirm and Save:

   • After entering your payment information, click 'Confirm' to save the details.
   • You will see your newly added payment method listed in your account.
     
     

5. Set as Default (Optional):

   • The newly added payment method will be set as the default for future purchases, but you can change this at any time during checkout by selecting a different payment method or adding a new one.
