Step 1: Access the Community Page

Start by logging into your Hypermarket account and accessing your store dashboard. From there, navigate to the 'Community' page, which is your gateway to managing social interactions and content for your store.

Step 2: Initiate Post Creation

On the Community page, you will notice two tabs. Click on the 'Posts' tab, dedicated to managing and creating new content.


Click the 'Create' button found within the 'Posts' tab to start the process of crafting a new post.

Step 3: Configure Your Post

  • Title: Enter a compelling title for your post that clearly reflects its content or message.

  • Content Editor: Use the text editor to add and format the main content of your post. Here you can express your thoughts, share information, and engage with your community.

  • Attachment: If your post requires additional files, such as PDFs, images, or other documents, you can upload them using the attachment option.

Step 4: Select the Publication Group

Before publishing, choose the group within your community where you want this post to appear. This helps target the content to relevant audiences who are most interested in that particular subject matter.

Step 5: Publish Your Post

After you’ve customized your post and selected the appropriate group, click the 'create' button to publish your post to the community.
