Creating groups within your Hypermarket community is a powerful way to segment and enhance interaction around specific topics or products. These groups can serve as specialized forums where like-minded customers and fans gather to discuss and share content. Here’s how to effectively set up groups within your store's community:

Step 1: Access the Community Page from the Store Dashboard

Log into your Hypermarket account and go to your store dashboard. From there, find and click on the 'Community' page. This section is dedicated to managing your store’s social interactions and content sharing.

Step 2: Create a New Group

On the Community page of the dashboard, you will see two tabs. Make sure you are on the 'Groups' tab, which is specifically for managing group settings.

Click the 'Create' button located within the 'Groups' tab. This action opens the group creation interface.

Step 3: Configure Group Settings

  • Title and Description: You will be prompted to enter a title and a detailed description for the new group. Ensure the title is catchy yet descriptive, and the description clearly communicates the purpose and theme of the group.
  • Add Visual Elements: Enhance the visual appeal of your group by adding a thumbnail image and a banner image. Choose graphics that reflect the content theme of the group, as this helps users instantly understand the focus of the group.
  • Product-Specific Access: If you want the group to be exclusive to buyers of a specific product, check the designated checkbox and select the appropriate product from the dropdown menu. This exclusivity can add significant value to your product offering.

Step 4: Finalize and Create the Group

Once all settings are adjusted to your preference, click the 'Create' button to establish the new group within your community.

Tip: In your product descriptions, mention the added benefit of exclusive access to a private community group. Highlighting this perk can incentivize purchases and foster a more engaged community. Example phrasing could be: "Purchase this product to gain exclusive access to our private community group, where you can interact directly with the creator and like-minded members."

By following these steps, you can successfully create structured and engaging groups within your Hypermarket community, providing a space for deeper interaction and customer engagement. This not only enhances the community feel of your store but also drives higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.
